What Youll Do Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience. Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts. Provide market updates, promotions, and relevant information to clients. Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements. Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Engage with incoming leads and guide them through the deposit process. Use proven scripts and sales techniques to maximize conversion rates. Ensure compliance with internal policies and Forex regulations during all client interactions. Requirements Previous experience in client retention, sales, or customer service, ideally within Forex or finance. Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Proactive, persuasive, and confident in handling objections.
