Accurately interpret concepts and meanings according to established standards, without omissions or additions. Maintain clear communication in both languages, using proper pronunciation and polite expressions. Demonstrate professionalism, impartiality, and emotional balance during all interactions, while following customer instructions and terminology guidelines to ensure service quality and client satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years old; Complete high school education; Native or fluent English + Native Portuguese; Desirable experience with teaching, translation, interpretation, or language-related activities; Must live in São Paulo/SP (within 37km of TP Lapa campus) or Rio Grande do Norte (Natal or Parnamirim); Internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload; Wired internet connection required (cable or fiber only — satellite internet is not accepted).
