Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Fields; · Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact daily with international stakeholders; · Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related operational areas; · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; · Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different regions and cultures; · Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes is considered a plus. Activities: · Monitor inbound transportation activities and shipment performance across Brazil and North America; · Manage and follow up express transports and critical deliveries; · Execute transportation bidding activities through our TMS (Transport Management System); · Monitor and support ShipIT operations; · Track deliveries, identify transportation risks, and proactively manage operational deviations; · Perform road and ocean Track & Trace activities and vessel follow-up; · Monitor Air Freight shipments and coordinate airport pick-up activities; · Support Container Yard management and inbound transportation flows; · Investigate transportation issues and support the implementation of corrective actions; · Ensure compliance with service, lead time, quality, and cost requirements; · Support escalation management for critical transportation events affecting material availability; · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation reliability and operational efficiency.
