Required: •     University degree in Business, Engineering or related field; •     Fluent in English, both written and spoken; •     Experience in Purchasing and/or negotiation in a supplier/customer relationship; •     Experience within the manufacturing industry; •     Multicultural experience is an asset; •     Automotive experience is a plus; •     Willingness to travel occasionally. Activities: •     Be a key member in the local team of commodity and project buyers; •     Drive all relevant activities to deliver best levels in quality, delivery, cost and feature, working locally and globally with your counterparts; •     Manage sourcing activities during project phase; •     Prepare/send RFI and RFQs, negotiate lead-times. •     Perform cost workshops; Work and implement cost reductions; •     Perform technical and commercial negotiations; •     Ensure fulfillment of project targets; •     Negotiate and execute agreements with suppliers; •     Drive supply chain optimization; •     Monitor, identify and mitigate risks. Manage crisis situations; •     Manage and negotiate product/processes changes; •     Perform daily purchasing activities related to production orders, logistics and financial flows to the suppliers.
