Job Description: Virtualization Services & Support Responsibilities Provide a stable, secure, and performant virtualization platform (VDI and RDSH) through end-to-end ownership of escalated tickets, proactive monitoring, disciplined image lifecycle management, and outcome-based end-user experience (EUX) management. Technologies/Tools (To demonstrate fully or partially) o VMware Horizon (Core) o VMware vSphere / ESXi o VMware Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) o VMware App Volumes (Critical) o MSIX App Attach / MSIX Packaging Tool o vCenter Server o Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDSH) o Golden Image Management o VMware Instant Clones / Linked Clones o Image Automation Tools o Microsoft WSUS / MECM (SCCM) o EUX Monitoring (ControlUp or similar) o Automation & Scripting (Powershell, Python...)
