Requirements: Mechanical Engineering graduate; Experience in fatigue, vibration and static analysis; Software skills desired: Ansys APDL, ANSA and Meta Post, or equivalent software; Automation skills using Python or any scripting language; Good understanding of materials, awareness of powertrain parts and accessories; Strong commitment to deliver on time with consistent and strict adherence to quality; Fluent English communication skills. Activities: In this role, we expect a motivated simulation engineer to perform structural analysis using FEA (Finite Element Analysis) of our engine componentes; This person will work closely with design and component engineers to deliver reliable solutions for new products, and support maintenance tasks as well; Perform structural simulation and analysis on Powertrain components and systems through Finite Element Analysis; To define loads and boundary conditions for components/systems; To be able to mesh components with required quality; Virtually verify components/systems; Optimize components/systems to reduce weight/cost; To provide input to concept, component and system selection; Interact with global design team – take inputs, run analysis, write and present technical reports.
